BEEF TARTAR by OMNIA 

A flavorful sauce to accompany beef tartar.

Prep: 10m Total: 10m 
Serves: 4

Ingredients:
0.5 TBSP red wine vinegar 
1 TSP  fermented capsicum
1 TSP fish sauce
1.5 TBSP olive oil
few dtops tabasco
pinch of salt to taste
pepper to taste
chopped shallot
chopped chives
chopped and rinced capers
100 g small diced beef

Instructions:
1. Combine all sauce ingredients in a bowl except meat

Step 1 - Sauce ingredients

2. Put meat and  coat with the sauce
3. Serve with brioche
