1. Eligibility for Refunds & Returns

  • Refunds and returns are only available for faulty, damaged, or incorrectly described products.

  • Products purchased through TIKITAKA MARKET that are free from defects and match their description are not eligible for refunds for change of mind.


2. Reporting Faulty or Incorrect Products

  • Customers must report any faulty or incorrectly described products within 14 days of delivery.

  • Include photos and a description of the issue when submitting a claim.

  • TIKITAKA MARKET will assist in contacting the supplier for resolution.


3. Resolution Options

  • Replacement: Supplier provides a replacement if available.

  • Refund: Supplier issues a refund if replacement is not possible.

Refunds, replacements, or repairs are subject to supplier approval and Australian Consumer Law requirements.


4. Change of Mind / Custom Orders

  • Products purchased due to customer preference or customisation are non-refundable.

  • Customers acknowledge this policy before completing the purchase.


5. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except when the product is faulty or not as described.

  • Agency service fees are non-refundable.
